Hello All,

I have been a resident on Stable Lane for just over 6 years now, and although I am not the owner of the house (child of the owners) I was hoping to join the civic assoc.  As I am not familiar with the regulations regarding membership or participation I was hoping if anyone would be willing to help me in accomplishing this goal. 

If there is an owner-only restriction in effect, to what capacity would a resident non-owner be allowed to participate? Any information would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
