Issure Tracking and Event Tracking Data Base Is Available

There are issues that are brought to the attention of the Home Owners Association and Omni Property Management. Many of these issues are never resolved. In an effort to make these issues visible and hold individuals accountable for action on them I have developed an Issue Tracking Database and forms for identifying issues to be tracked. This is an Access Database and I have offered it to the Home Owners Association. To date I have not received any response. So in the interim please contact me for a copy of the form and I will make sure that it is input into the database and contact Omni Management for the name of the individual responsible for taking action on the issue. The database permits the definition of action items, and status reporting on all action items and issues.

This database also permits the identification and tracking of all activities in the community. It will allow us to communicate neighborhood clubs, activities and charitable events. Frank Hobart that the life style director be kept informed of all such activities. So I went ahead and created input forms and the tracking database to support the Life Style Director in this activity. You may feel free to contact me and to provide your input directly to me and I will see that it is input into the database and reported on this web site and in a written report in the Amenity center.
