Update on Privacy Fence Survey
Jose, Thanks for the inquiry. I'd like to let you know what is happening with the survey. The survey was not sent out by the board or the management company, it was sent out anonymously by a well-intentioned resident and return addressed to the management company without anyone's knowledge. We did get them from the management company when they brought them to us and asked ''who sent these out?''. Anyway, Frank Grosch and the ARC did take them into account while developing the new standards. (don't ask me when the new standards will be delivered, I'm not in that loop) I hope this answers any questions you had about it. If you want to find out when the new standards will be available you can attend the next board meeting at 277 Meadow Beauty Terrace (Stuart Jones') residence, on June 26 (Tuesday) and ask Frank.
