The Bellevue Terrace Neighborhood Association

FIRST QUESTION: What is the point of a Homeowners association. I have asked numerous times for some help from the board......... with no response.

SECONDLY: Right now there are 6, yes six cars in front of the townhouse right next to mine and then one on the other side of my driveway. This makes it very congested and hard to park in my own driveway.

THIRD: CAN SOMEONE..... AT THIS POINT ANYONE RESPOND TO ME? PLEASE!

i live on that street and i know exactly what house you're talking about, I'm sorry you have to live next to that! anyway, when you figure out the point of Whispering Pines having an association, let me know!

 

sorry you live so close to no class.  dont pay your association dues and someone will contact you,maybe you should try to figure out how board members are chosen(elected)

and make some changes that way,possibly head a commitee to light a fire under the board members tails.

in all likelyhood if the cars have current registration & insurance there wont be much that can be done unless there is some kind of code infringement or safety issue like cars on jackstands; blocking fire lanes or access.           GOOD LUCK
