You should have received a copy of the 2014 budget in your mailbox a couple of months back. The meeting has came and went and all is well with Bella Vista. You may have noticed the new bottle brush shrubs planted in the medians. A couple have turned brown and we can assume the property manager is working feverishly to have the landscaper come back and replace them. I for one noticed the irrigation system has been doing it's job and there has not been a lack of water on the medians. So, we'll have to wait and see how this shapes up.
Other than all that, we got our new garbage and recycling containers and hopefully everyone is getting used to them by now. For our house we only need to put out one container a week now. It's nice to have a larger container for recyclables too.
