Beachwood Civic Association

There is all kinds of trash and profane graffiti at the intersection of Beachwood and Starfish.  I try to pick up the trash and the next day the ground is littered with beer cans water bottles and many other things.  The walk bridge has graffiti and the sidewalk is covered with it as well.  I tried to call the city and they said they would have it taken care of... WHEN?  Many words young children shouldn't see!  

I have been woke up many nights by people hanging out at the bridge.  JSO and the CITY don't seem to care.

 Am I the only one that cares how this part of the neighborhood looks? 

This has been a ongoing problem, with the government apartments in beachwood, and the kids from this neighborhood, and the one connecting the bridge, we all must take action, call the non emergency # and report what is going on, also beachwood blvd. has become a drag strip witch I have reported many times. Someone will get hurt and then WHAT. I also  sometimes feel I am a lonely voice, but we all must take action, licence#s and addresses will help the jso. We do  have a serious problem here with the kids, and also adults.
