REZONING

There is a rezoning notice in the neighborhood. The following is from Chuck and Linda Brand.

Hello all,
We're sure most of you have noticed the rezoning signs posted at our home at 9085 Cotswold Way. The city is requiring us to rezone our back yard because our property is listed as having two front yards, each fronting two main streets (Cotswold and Craven). In order for a pool permit to be issued, we have to go through the rezoning process as required by the city to list our
back yard as a "back yard". This will not affect the neighborhood in any way. If you have any concerns please call us at 737-2128.
