good evening civic members and neighbors alike. my name is stephen reyna and i have more of an awareness than a discussion. this evening there is a group of 4 jokers roamonig our neighborhood streets, going around knocking on our doors and running away. i caught up with them and gave them a piece of my mind. they are four kids about 12-13 years of age 2 boys and 2 girls negro ethnicity. the eldest is a young man i believe him to be 13 years of age about 5,0 feet tall wearing a white shirt under a blackish grey sweater, black jeans and black and white jordan tennis shoes. he is the one leading the rest. i am not the only house they have pranked my neighbors across the street from us and the neighbors next door to us as well. please be aware of this group of jokers, they are still roaming around. thank you and god bless.
