The Bulldogs Are Buying Their First Home!

Jeff and lisa Baker bid adieu to their neighborhood as they await the escrow closing of their first home.

We want to encourage those who are homeowners and renters alike to continue to work together for the betterment of the neighborhood, neigbhoring groups and the metro area.

In numbers we strengthen one another. We've got to remember that we cannot strenghten our own block or our neighborhood. We've got to lend a hand to our neighboring groups; to strengthen their walls as well.

To rid ourselves of crime, blight and other nuisances we've got to look ahead into the future, five, ten years and sometimes farther. Looking to the next few months is simply not enough, you've got to know what you want for your neighborhood in able to obtain the dream!

We don't have a name picked out for our next blockwatch. We haven't closed on the house yet and there are possabilities of something not going right. If that's the case, we'll simply climb back on board and go through the process all over again.

What we do know is that we've learned an awful lot in these past five years that we've lived in the GCVNA and will take this knowledge to our next neighborhood, learn from their established group and put it all together to make the Phoenix-Metro area that much greater!
