Ashmore Springs HOA

I have recently noticed a young man on a skateboard going to the home of a single adult man. The young man in question is usually wearing an orange vest. He refers to the older man as "Doc", so I think they may be doing some role playing. He spends an inordinate amount of time there, even showing up before school some mornings. I tried some snooping around the older guy's house, but all I could see was a partially taken apart Delorean in the garage, and hazmat package with what looked like Arabic writing on it. Should I say something? Thanks in advance for the advice, neighbors!
