I recently purchased a home in North Pointe and I am trying to obtain a copy of the deed restrictions for the subdivision. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Evedently it appears there are NONE! For. example a home in the 800 block of constituion is running a business out of the home ,and there are several mesh trailers full of junk & lawn debris &cars parked on lawn. If there is a homeowners assoc, why does this house & yard look like it is in a ghetto neighborhood? This has been going on for quite some time ! |
