New Maintainance Man

We have finally bitten the bullet and hired someone to maintain the entrance. He is the "Yardman", T.J. and we are counting on him to keep the entrance looking good.

Getting the area outside the neighborhood mowed still requires a phone call to the city, but once I call, it only takes a day or two for them to respond. Again, your tax dollars are being used wisely: the city would rather send a special crew to mow that area, than to just mow that area when they mow the other medians nearby!!

Thank you to Mark Kuhn at the city for taking care of this, even though he was promoted and it should be someone else's job to do this now, he still handles it. (YOu can see why he was promoted!)
