Arbor Croft

Does anyone know what's happening with regard to the repairs to the streets of Arbor Croft?

 Good question!  The pot holes have been filled in the Dogwood Breeze Alley which is good, but I believe it has been a year ago in April the developer said he was paving.  Maybe we can go to the board meeting and ask them this month if we do not hear a response. 

Here is an excerpt from the most recent email we got from Sherwood, dated 5/15/09, in regards to finishing up Arbor Croft...

"I am working as quickly as possible to finish the first phase overlay, the signs, trees and sidewalk by McCord road. You are my first priority. I will do all of the work as soon as I am able to sell any asset and untie the money.

We'll continue to pursue this until everything is complete.  Believe me, the Board shares everyone's frustrations.

 Great.  " sell any asset and untie money" may pertain to the properties in phase II ?
