I allow my new neighbor to remove my fence to build himself a beautiful new fence. But his new fence is not sealed to the ground as mine was. He has also landscaped his property removing the drainage trough that runs down the back width ofg all the neighbors on the north side. Now water (and mud) is flooding my yard. I there a neighborhood map showing the original drainage plan of our neighborhoods? I would like to show him before getting the HOA involved.
