The annual neighborhood association meeting scheduled for September 17th was cancelled due to the windstorm and resulting power outage. It will probably be rescheduled for January. The quarterly newsletter is the method used to communicate with the most people in the neighborhood and that won't be published again until December so January is the earliest month that the annual meeting could be rescheduled.

The Upper Highlands Neighborhood Association annual meeting has been rescheduled to Wednesday, January 21st, from 7 pm to 9 pm in the cafeteria of Assumption High School at 2170 Tyler Lane.
