Are Owners Allowed To Video Tape The Board Meetings?

It's worked in our neighborhood, there are no specific laws governing recordings in board meetings.   Look in the Davis-stirling act and they will give the specifics to recordings.    The boards will try to say no recordings and that usually means they have something to hide, but unless they follow the proper guidelines to ban them, they are fair game.

Went into effect July 19, 2011 House Bill 2245 adds new provisions to A.R.S. 33-1804(A) (Planned Communities) and A.R.S. 33-1248 (A) (Condominiums) regarding the audio taping and videotaping of Board Meetings. The new law states that individuals attending Board Meetings may audio tape and videotape those portions of the meetings of the Board of Directors and meetings of the members........
