My neighbors and I painted our fences last October and just two months ago but I still see a lot of fences that aren't painted, was this painting of the fences a joke ?? why hasn't the management company done something about this ?? where is the HOA in this matter

I share in your disappointment of the HOA/Management team telling us one thing and then never following through. The lake homeowners were all sent a letter telling us about coming up inspections, so I try to keep my back yard and lake shore clean. But all around the lake all I can see are weeds and unsightly back yards. I hope eventually they will come through and do an inspection, fine violators, and help us keep this neighborhood beautiful.
