Add a faxable form to your community's Web site.

Enter the title of your fax form.
This title will display as a hotlink on your community home page.
Use the word 'Fax' to start your title.
Example: Fax the PTA

Enter the destination fax number.
Include the area code and use hyphens.
Example: 303-555-1212

Enter the information to appear at the top of your fax form.
Limit 125 words.

Delete a Fax

To edit a faxable form, click on its title.

To permanently remove a faxable form from your site,
click 'Delete' next to the corresponding title and number in the table below.
