Given the feedback from neighbors at our March homeowners association meeting, the project plan has been modified to include an 8' wooden privacy fence instead of 6' fence, and they will be proposing LED bollard lights along our new private road to negate the light pollution.
Also note, that the developers have deferred the rezoning petition one month. The City Council Public Hearing will be on May 19th instead of April 28th.
