I just wanted to let the Madison Park community know a new Montessori school has opened in the Sedgefield neighborhood. The website is www.keystonemontessorischool.org.
My 4 1/2 year old daughter, Jane, has started the primary class this fall. The Primary teacher, Hawley, has 23 years Montessori teaching experience and she is AMI certified. She has taught Jane for 1 1/2 years and is an amazing teacher!!
This Thursday, Sept 12, at 7pm the teacher will give an introduction to the Montessori approach and how Montessori can be implemented in the home. It will be a very informative meeting.
The school is located in the Education Building of Sedgefield United Methodist Church at 2830 Dorchester Place.
