Hey neighbors:
A big *THANK YOU* to everyone who participated in the workday this past Saturday at Madison Central Park and Pinewood Elementary! With absolutely no grant money on the line we had over 50 people show up and plant, weed, haul, sweat, dig, saw, prune, rake, laugh and really make a difference in our community and the Pinewood Elementary campus. The areas that we focused on included the Walking Path, New School Rose Garden (next to the main school entrance), and the Pinewood School Gardens (on the backside of the school) all look great and benefitted from the focused effort on Saturday! Madison Central Park has continued to become a community space for our neighborhood and a more inviting portion of the Pinewood Elementary campus.
Next up we will have a Spring Cleanup Event in 2013 and if you have ideas for the Madison Park HOA to focus on during that event please email the HOA with your ideas to Madisonparkhoa@hotmail.com
