Many of your neighbors work out at the YWCA on Park Road…and what we’ve found is that they love the 20/20/20 class. 20/20/20 combines 20 minutes of high-energy aerobics, 20 minutes of toning resistance work and 20 minutes of intense abdominal work. This class offers a variety of exercises and all fitness levels are welcome. 20/20/20 meets Mondays from 6:00 - 7:00 pm in the YWCA auditorium.
