So, once again, one person certifies "this is a true copy or abstract of the record on file..."; instead of showing a video or taking a picture of the actual birth certificate. So are they back to square one?

I liked how obama said he had important things to do - yeah, like fundraising and taping the oprah show. We have all noted how he has addresses the "important" things. His solution to high gas prices is to get more efficient vehicles - so who has money to go buy a new hybrid vehicle. Many can barely feed their families and they should buy a new car? Persons inside the beltway need to get out and see how the REAL Americans live.

My birth certificate, which is the typed original (complete with a typo!) says "certificate of live birth" and there's a VERY faint indentation of a seal in one corner. I can't feel or see it except when it's held at a certain angle, so obviously a "certificate of live birth" is the same as a "birth certificate."

The whole issue is pointless, only someone who didn't pay attention in 8th grade civics would bring it up. If your mother is an American citizen, you are an American citizen regardless of where you were born. Try to remember what your schools have taught you and not morons like The Trump, and Fox News.
