Go to the above site to see the details on the street light plan for Murrayhill and Whiteoak. Duke Power has completed part of the plan and it is ready to be viewed. The entire plan will be online shortly for you to view once it is completed.

Matt Magnasco and other volunteers will be contacting you very soon to alert you when they will be by to collect the signatures of property owners on Murrayhill and White Oak.

Street Lights
Madison Park Homeowners Association members will be on your block the weekend of July 14-15 to obtain your signature for the new street lights which the City has approved and Duke Power will be installing. During the installation of the new street lights Duke Power will also be upgrading the existing lights with high-pressure sodium lamps in cobrahead fixtures (orange light that is directed downward).

Representatives of the homeowner association will be wearing their name tags in order to be identified. If you will not be home on any of the designated dates/time listed below, please contact Matt Magnasco at nggofers@bellsouth.net or 704-525-4362 with a time that we can come by to get your signature. It is important that we get the signatures of all property owners of a house ?– if it is in two names we will need both signatures. Also, if you are a renter, the landlord must sign; please send Matt your landlord?’s contact information (name, address, phone number, email if available).
