Loma Linda Homeowners Association

Can anyone help solve a little mystery? For some years now on most evenings there is a light thud on our front door as if something such as a large insect or a small bird has flown into it. We've often quickly investigated but there is never any sign of any living thing nor mark on the door. Anyone any idea what might be haunting us?

This sometimes happens to me too. I believe it coincides with the metal front door cooling off after being heated by the sun during the day..it is a little spooky though...

Thanks neighbour but our front door never sees the sun so never gets really hot. Looks like we'll have to call Ghostbusters.
