The Diamond Cove Homeowners Association Board of Directors (HOA Board) has created this website so that all homeowners and residents will have a convenient resource from which to learn about the requirements of the governing documents and the HOA processes and community amenities.  We hope you find the information helpful.

Diamond Cove is a mature, well-maintained subdivision in the desirable Dr. Phillips area known for its award-winning schools, parks, golfing, excellent restaurants, shopping and many major employers close by. In addition, Dr. Phillips Park is within walking distance which includes baseball fields, soccer fields, playground, water play area and dog park! 

Diamond Cove has 235 homes, complete with community pool, tennis courts, ponds with fountain and dock area. 

Southwest Property Management manages Diamond Cove HOA. Homeowners can pay their dues and check their accounts at  www.southwestpropertymanagement.com.  Look for the Homeowner Log-in Link.
