About Our Association Click to Enlarge Meetings All meetings are open to the public. General meetings are held four times a year, typically in March, June, September and December. The December meeting includes officer elections for the next year. Executive meetings are held monthly. Please see our "Sign of the Swan newsletter" for the bylaws of this association. Election of Officers Any resident or business owner within the boundaries of the Swan Lake Historic District is eligable to run for the office of President, Vice-President, Treasurer or Secretary. The term is for one year and the list of duties changes as per the needs of the neighborhood and association. Membership Dues Annual recommended membership dues for the Swan Lake Neighborhood Association are $25.00, but are not mandatory. Money goes towards the publication of the newsletter, "Sign of the Swan", printing costs, food and/or decorations for various events held throughout the year.
