NINTH ANNUAL ARMORY PARK MEDICARE HEALTH FAIR

Held in the Green Room and Library

Feature Topic:

"Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plan Changes" beginning January 1, 2008

. Learn the basic features of Medicare Part D

. Apply for "extra help" with the premiums, co-pays

. Determine if you qualify for the Medicare Savings Program

In addition, the fair will also feature:

- nursing program students from the U of A

- representatives from local hospitals

- representatives from The American Cancer Society, The Alzheimer's Association, The American Diabetes Association and others

- the Social Security administration

- AHCCCS and other service providers to seniors in the community
