A Plat Map must be submitted with each request form showing the location of the improvement. Application will not be processed without a Plat Map.

I understand that the Architectural Control Committee will act on this request as quickly as possible and contact me regarding its decision. I do not intend to begin the property improvement(s) or change(s) before the ACC notifies me of its decision.

I understand that I will be required to comply with all federal, state and local government requirements for installation of the improvements such as building permits, etc. and that ACC approval does not supersede government requirements.
