TO QUALIFY TO VOTE: PLEASE BRING TO THE POLLS A PICTURE I.D. AND PROOF THAT YOU LIVE IN CITY HEIGHTS (HOME OWNER OR RENTER) OR THAT YOU OPERATE A BUSINESS HERE.
