Might be a Llaso Apso?  If anyone knows whose it could be, we have it at 4316 NW 164th Terrace.  We will not be able to keep it very long.  Thanks for your help!

It is wearing a collar, but no tags.

I believe it belongs to the owners on 161st and Old Oak Dr.  I think his name is Mr. Jingles.
