Square Dance Lessons – Start Jan 5th
It’s getting to be that time of year! Starting Jan 5th, square dance lessons will run from 7:30-9:30 pm, Thursday nights. Lessons are one of the most important things we can do to help our club grow. As usual, we will need as many of you as possible, to come out and angel our class.
2006 Oregon Mid-Winter Festival
Get registered for 2006 Mid-Winter Festival at the Linn County Fairgrounds in Albany, January 27, 28 & 29th. Many Oaky Doaks will be going. Join the “Down Under” fun!
Mid-Winter Showcase of Rounds
Oaky Doaks member, Mary Theirl, and her friend, Jim Schira, are doing a showcase together at Mid-Winter. Like all the showcases, exactly what is being performed is somewhat shrouded in mystery until curtain time. But, if you enjoy watching higher level rounds, we think you'll like it.
Motel Accommodations for Mid-Winter
Several motel rooms have been reserved for the club at the Albany EconLodge near fairgrounds. Room rates are $61.99 plus tax, contact Bonnie Ivy (503-289-0889) if you’re interested in making reservations.
