Grant Awards

Olympus Garden Club won two grant awards from Citizens for NYC in New York City this July.

The Mollie Parnis Dress Up Your Neighborhood Awards and the Building Blocks Awards are a part of their NEW YORKERS FOR BETTER NEIGHBORHOODS grant awards program.

We will use The Mollie Parnis grant to conduct a workshop series on Soil Quality and Natural Pest Control in Brooklyn community gardens this summer and next spring. The Building Blocks grant will help us to continue with the publication of our quarterly newsletter, The Express.
