Mutual Housing

Rocky Mountain Mutual Housing Association
1150 Syracuse Street, Denver, CO 80220
www.rmmha.org

RMMHA is a nonprofit housing corporation that operates three affordable housing sites in east Denver, west Denver, and Westminster. Mutual housing provides an association membership as well as resident-controlled living environments, community leadership opportunities through resident councils, savings plans for home ownership, and training sessions on goal-setting, job hunting, and financial management. RMMHA also hires residents for jobs at their housing sites (office work, grounds work, housekeeping, computers, etc.) and job training is available. Each site has meeting space for residents to come together and address community issues. Structured activities are offered to youth. Five percent of the housing units are accessible.
