Metro Orlando Clubs & Organizations South Orlando Elks 2694 Newsletter 4-10-2002 LOE President's message ~ Carole Hulvey I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who attended the Installation of Officers. It is an honor to serve as your Lady President again this year. As stated in our Installation Ceremony, Achievements by an Organization is contingent upon several things. Those being: worthy objectives, proper organizational structure, sound program of activities, devoted and constructive leadership and a will to work beyond the call of duty. I personally feel LOE#2694 definitely has them all, and will have a successful year again in 2002-2003. We have 64 members in the LOE with approximately 12 attending our monthly meetings. Ladies,we need your help for our Tuesday evening Fund Raiser. This is where we get our funds to help inthe community as well as the Florida Elks Charities. We will be planning activities for the new year and hopefully more members will step forward and assist in any way they can. No help is ever refused. I would like to thank Mary Hensel, Barbara Cargill and June Schiavoni for the beautiful job they did in completing the redecorating of the Ladies Restrooms.
