Wyandotte Clubs & Organizations Wyandotte Boat Club Newsletter 3-5-2007 Spring High School Regattas The WBC sponsors two high school regattas every spring. The Hebda Cup which is the state high school championships will be held on Saturday, April 28th, and the Wy-Hi Regatta will be held on Friday and Saturday May 4th and 5th. These two events feature high schools from throughout the state, Midwest and Canada. It takes a lot of people to run the event, if you would like to volunteer some time either on or off the water please contact Fred Mekolon, Regatta Chair at 734-284-3358 or fmekolonjr@prodigy.net. Specifically we are looking for qualified persons to work the first aid station, help with race announcing, and operating safety boats.
