Several barrels of concrete and numerous contractor trash bags have been mysteriously appearing of late. It's amazing how this can happen given how busy that area is. It takes nerve. We hope this law-breaker gets caught soon. You can call 311 to report any illegal dumping in your neighborhood. Sanitation usually will clean it up within 5 business days.
