What Is The Wyandotte Boat Club
Established in 1875, the Wyandotte Boat Club, is a non-profit organization, dedicated to the youth of our community, by promoting the sport of amateur rowing, as it has for over 130 years.
Where Is The Wyandotte Boat Club
Located on the shores of the Detroit River, at One Pine Street, the Wyandotte Boat Club is one of the largest facilities of its kind in the nation. The 36,000 square foot complex, was designed to administer to all the local rowing needs for the next century.
Who Rows At The WBC
The WBC is home to seven local high school crews, Gibraltar Carlson, Grosse Ile, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, Riverview, Roosevelt, Crestwood, and Southgate In addition, nearly 400 club, junior high and recreation rowers utilize this facility.
