About Good Mews Good Mews is a non-profit, cage-free, no-kill shelter located in Marietta/East Cobb and serving metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia. In our 15 years, we have helped 4,246 of cats in need. Become a Volunteer We can't say it enough--volunteers are the lifeblood of our organization. Good Mews is run by people just like you who love cats and want to dedicate their time and talent to taking care of them. You really can make a difference. Signup online with our volunteer form today. Help is always needed in several areas. Adopt the Cat of Your Dreams At Good Mews we currently have over 80 residents (cats and kittens) who are anxiously waiting to be adopted into caring homes. If you are interested in adopting one of our residents, you may visit the shelter during our regular adoption hours (Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 1st&3rd Sundays of each month from 1pm-4pm). You may also schedule a personal appointment with one of our adoption counselors that better suits your schedule. |
