Outdoor Geography/Environmental Curriculum
Earth Systems Science specializes in developing outdoor Geography and Environmental lessons. The lessons focus on practical job skills combined with practical uses of a wide variety of school subjects.

Earth Systems Science also publishes its curricular materials. These are used in the community-based education activities held by the local community groups. Some materials are also available for sale to the general public. (Please check back in the future. A catalog page is under construction.)

Staff Training in Community-based Education
Earth Systems Science provides staff training to selected community groups. The training focuses on delivering the Earth Systems Science outdoor Geography/Environmental lessons. The training programs are based on mutual-benefit with an eye to improving the quality of Geography and Environmental education in the community and motivating local residents to protect and improve their neighborhoods.

Journeys of Discovery
Earth Systems Science is available to research, plan, and facilitate "Journeys of Discovery" to local, state, and national parks for local community groups. The goal is to provide an informal outdoor learning experience urban for youth and their families. For some, it may be their first visit to a natural area. Such trips can give them ideas for ways to beautify their neighborhoods.

International travel and volunteer projects may be available through our affiliation with the Rural Training Center-Thailand (RTC-TH) and the Los Angeles Geographical Society (LAGS). (See the hotlinks at the bottom of this page.)
