Expanded Outdoor Cats and Kittens Spay Neuter Program
More Spay Neuter Assistance for Outside Cats/Kittens
In an effort to reduce the birth of unwanted kittens for which there are not enough homes, S.N.A.P. is now replacing "The Barn (OUTSIDE) MOTHER CAT & Kittens Spay Neuter Program" with a new expanded program called THE OUTDOORS CATS & KITTENS SPAY NEUTER PROGRAM. This program has been made possible thanks to the generosity of the vets and their awareness of the outside cats fertile reproductiveness and resulting tragedies. This new program available to the general public was developed to provide affordable spay and neuter services for all outside adult cats, not just a mother cat and her kittens. A female outside adult cat or kitten can be spayed for $10.00; a male outside adult cat or kitten can be neutered for $5.00. This program, with no limit to the number of cats, is intended only for outdoor cats who will be returned to an outside environment. A combination minimum of 3 cats/kittens is required at some vets, no minimum at others. Pet owners who meet the income guidelines can obtain discounts for INDOOR cats and kittens through the S.N.A.P.
