New HAM Helpful Info

5-19-2007
Just a reminder to the new HAMs about a helpful special 8-page section in the March 2007 QST mag from ARRL for newcomers to HAM and HF bands.

During the upgraders study group, this special section was mentioned specifically in relation to the updated band plan.
