Council seceedes?

So I heard at the coffee shop that council voted to discontinue services from the Fairfield County Health Department. Said we're going with Franklin County.

How does this affect the relationship between Fix, his lapdog Sauer and their county Republican comrades?

I'm not worried how it affects Pickerington. Given what you read in the Eagle Gazette about the poor services of the Fairfield County Health Department, things will have to get a lot better.
