Issues that concern Blight in the area should be reported to Neighborhood Preservation Services. The phone number for that department is 602-262-7844. Complaints can also be made online through the City of Phoenix Website by clicking on Departments A - Z and then Neighborhood Services then on Report Blight.

In addition to reporting blight by phone, you can report blight by email to blight@phoenix.gov. The advantage with this method is that you will get a reply which will provide the name of the inspector, case number and an approximate date the inspector will make the initial contact.
