Join Your Neighborhood Association Cactus Park Community Alliance is a support group for all Neighborhood Associations and Block Watch groups in Cactus Park Precinct. CPCA is a group of volunteers who selflessly volunteer their time and knowledge in an effort to keep volunteer groups informed of all resources available to them. Also available are mentors, speaker information and so much more. You are automatically a member if you are active in a neighborhood organization.
