I've been coming to the beach for over 40 years! Bought my first condo some time ago. Currently own 3 in S.C. and manage 3 other condos along the Golden Strand for other private owners.
I have worked in Property Management/Real Estate/Banking since 1972. This type of work is a love/hate relationship. If you don't love it - you will hate it. Don't take the responsiblity lightly and always keep a sense of humor.
Love spending time with my family, children, and 13 grandchildren.
