I am the Captain of The Wagram Community Watch Program, sponsored by the Scotland County Sheriff Department headed by Sheriff Ralph Kersey. I am very much concerned about our community because this is where we reside. People make the community. We collectively control everything that occurs in our neighborhood. What happens down the streets will eventually come your way too. We need to develope the attitude that we are our brothers keeper. If we want a safe and productive community, we must come together as a TEAM and make it happen. Law enforcement is our SECOND line of defense. WE are the FIRST. We should see and hear BEFORE our law enforcement does because we live here and know what is going on. It is our position to report these events to law enforcement and their position to correct it. They can not help us productively if we are not willing to take responsibility for our part. REMEMBER........THE BODY IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE HEAD. WE ARE THE HEAD. SO LETS GIVE OUR LAW ENFORCEMENT "HEADS UP"!
IF YOU SEE SOMETHING OR KNOW SOMETHING...........SAY SOMETHING!
