Dear Registry Guy,
I am sorry to hear you are so frustrated. The decals are a great way of determining who belongs in the community and who does not. A report of decals is kept and tied to a unit and vehicle. There are reasons as to why decals are deactivated, one a resident has moved out and two the resident no longer owns the unit. Since only two vehicles are allowed per unit only two decals per unit are provided. Surely there is a logical explanation for the situation. Please stop by the office and we will gladly assist you with the matter.
On the other hand, decals do expire or deteriorate due to weather and time, if that is the case; such event can happen at any time. For the owners and residents convenience replacement decals are available at the front office for a small fee.
Residents do attempt to keep their community safe, some are more passionate than others about it. The appropriate way to deal with covenants and restrictions violations would be by reporting them to the management office. We hope all residents follow this procedure.
Cordially,
Management on behalf of the Board of Administration
