Why is it, you go to the manager and discus the reoccurring problem of a neighbor and their drug using live-in relative, which was arrested on the property, she goes to them and tells, everything you said?  Then nothing is done!?

If we have such good camera surveillance, then how can someone pull up at 4:30 pm at the back gate, sell crack to this neighbor's relative, and again, nothing is done?

Why must the good people and their children in this complex be subject to this?

This same person has gotten away with breaking into cars and vandilizism, where and when will it stop?

Criminal matters are to be reported to the proper authorities who have the jurisdiction to act accordingly. Should you feel this way, please report the incident as soon as it occurs to the Orlando Police Department.  The community website has a link to their website. Nevertheless, it is imperative that reports are made to the proper authorities immediately.  If you have been a witness to drug dealing and acts of vandalism it would be appropriate the report made to the authorities became from you; any concerned responsible citizen would.  Notwithstanding the previous, please be advised that the COA has reported to the OPD all incidents occurred in the property that they were aware of.  Furthermore, the law enforcement officers that reside on the property volunteer, on their spare time, to walk the property every so often. 

Should you have any concerns, suggestions, and/or reports to make, please make sure to present those in writing. If you are a tenant, please refer to your landlord.
