Goals of Our Organization The primary goal of the South Shore Historical Society, Inc. is to give its members the opportunity to learn about local history by personally participating in local historical activities. One of our secondary goals is to educate our members in techniques of preserving their collections. 501C3 Approved Organization On July 5th in the year 2000 we were organized and incorporated as a Massachusetts non profit corporation. We then sought and have been granted IRS approval as a 501C3 organization. |
